The following experienced persons ably and professionally manage Tower Securities & Investment Company Limited.

ABIMBOLA BRAIMOH OLANREWAJU (Managing Director)
He is an Economist, a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Pensions Practitioner and a Chartered Stockbroker. He had his first degree (B.Sc) in Economics from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1982 and later obtain second degree (M.Sc) in Finance from University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Taxation, Accountants, Stockbrokers and Pensions. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with an International Accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins + Sells.

He worked with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc and later got employed by Industrial Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) where he left as a top management staff.

Mr. Olanrewaju is registered with The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stockbroker/capital market operator. He is married with children and he is a devoted Christian.

FASHOLA MODINAT ABOSEDE (MRS)
She is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Stock Broker and An associate member of The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. A graduate of Accountancy from Yaba College of Technology with an upper credit class.

She trained as a Chartered Accountant with Olaniyi Titiloye & Co. [Chartered Accountants] and later joined Dynamic Portfolio Ltd as a deputy manager where she acquired relevant experience in capital market for a period of eight years.

She later joined Maclaize Trust & Securities Co. Ltd where she trained as a stockbroker.
Mrs. Fashola is registered with The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stockbroker and Capital Market Operator.

MR. GODWIN AGODU OKOLI
Mr. Okoli is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is an Associate member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He had more than twelve years post qualification experience in the finance industry.

Before joining Tower Securities & Investment Company Limited in 2004, he was with the Bank of Industry (formerly Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited) where he gathered experience in various sections and areas of the bank and rose to the position of a senior manager. Mr. Okoli has attended various management courses and its currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria.

He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State, Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Marketing from Lagos State University Ojo and presently running his Master Degree program from same institution. He had his professional Marketing training with First County Consultants and Professional Marketing Consultant respectively.

He is an excellent professional speaker who is in high demand as a conference speaker and trainer. He is a Full-member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Graduate member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) and a member of Alliance of Change Empowerment Speakers (ACES).

He is the President and Founder of Mentor Foundation (an NGO that focus on helping young people to maximize their potentials). One of his contributions to the marketing profession is his titled “Compendium of Marketing Terminologies”. He consults for SMAV Nig. Ltd and Seed Principle International Limited to mention few.

He has worked with Power Holding Company of Nigeria (NEPA), Chariot Haulage and Property Limited, Havilla Heritage Limited and Warm Spring Waters Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of UAC of Nigeria before joining Tower Securities &Investment Co. Ltd as the Marketing Manager.
