ALHAJI
RAFIU BABATUNDE TINUBU (CHAIRMAN)
Alhaji R. B. Tinubu is a Seasoned Administrator and great achiever. He
possesses Bachelor of Arts (B.A) and Master of Arts (M.A) in Political
Science from Howard University and Catholic University, Washington D. C
USA in 1971 and 1972 respectively.
As a student, he was an awardee of “Ford Foundation Fellowship Award” “Howard
University award for Excellence in Academics” “university Deans
Award” “Lagos State Scholarship Award” etc.
He worked briefly as a University Lecturer in Howard University, USA and
University of Ife, Ile – Ife. (now Obafemi Awolowo University) He
started his civil service career as an Administrative Officer with Lagos
State Government. He rose through the ranks to become Head of Service in
1999 and honourably retired as Head of Service, Lagos state Civil Service
in 2004.
He is an author of some books and publications, a speech writer and a motivational
public speaker. Alhaji Tinubu is married with children.
CHIEF OSITA OPARA
Chief Opara holds B. Sc. Degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the
University of Lagos. Chief Opara worked as the Pioneer M.D/C.E.O of Tower
Securities & Investment Company Limited
He is a seasoned Stockbroker and Associate member of both Chartered
Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria and that of Nigerian Institute of
Marketing. He is well traveled and attended various management courses
both within and outside Nigeria. Chief Opara is currently the Executive
Chairman of Mbaitoli Local Government Area of Imo State, Nigeria.
CHIEF DAGOGO TOLOFARI
Chief Dagogo Tofolari trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant
in England. He was employed in London by Sona Breweries Limited and was
subsequently deployed to head the Account Department of the Company in
Sango Otta, Ogun State, Nigeria.
He worked in various section of the company as Chief Accountant, Corporate
Affairs manager e.t.c before he retired in 1996 having served the company
for 25years both abroad and in Nigeria. He is presently engaged in private
business particularly in the Petroleum sector.
Chief Tofolari, a Bonny (River State) Chief is married with children
SEYI BAMGBOSE
Mr. Bamgbose is a 1986 graduate of Agriculture from University of Ibadan,
Nigeria majoring in fishery management. He started his life career as
Agriculturist with Olaogun Enterprises Limited from there he joined Tunderball
Arrowhead & Co. as General Manager Operations in charge of Banking
Automation. He later joined Optimal Maximal Company as Chief Executive
Officer where he is presently engaged. Seyi Bamgbose is happily married
with children.
ABIMBOLA BRAIMOH OLANREWAJU (Managing
Director)
He is an Economist, a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Pensions Practitioner
and a Chartered Stockbroker. He had his first degree (B.Sc) in Economics
from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1982 and later
obtain second degree (M.Sc) in Finance from University of Lagos. He is
an Associate member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Taxation,
Accountants, Stockbrokers and Pensions. He trained as a Chartered Accountant
with an International Accounting firm of Deloitte Haskins + Sells.
He worked with Nigeria Merchant Bank Plc and later got employed by Industrial
Bank Limited (Merchant Bankers) where he left as a top management staff.
Mr. Olanrewaju is registered with The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)
and the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) as a stockbroker/capital
market operator. He is married with children and he is a devoted Christian.
